These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Navro (“the Platform”), an online job recruiting portal. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Platform Usage

Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Creation

Some features of the Platform may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that may:
(a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
(b) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any networks or servers connected to the Platform
(c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or computer systems
(d) Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
(e) Collect or store personal information of other users without their consent
(f) Use the Platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow users to submit, post, or upload content, including resumes, job postings, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or representations, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits. We may terminate your use of our services at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by deleting your user account.
