Simply click the “Join Navro” button, and select the option “I am looking for a position.” After you enter your details and hit submit, you will receive a verification email. Please check your SPAM or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Once your email address has been verified, you can begin completing your profile.
This is a very important question and it’s a big differentiating feature of Navro compared to all other recruitment platforms. Once your profile is complete, there is nothing more you need to do. The ball is now in the hiring manager’s court. They will reach out to you if they are interested in your profile. Please remember to keep updating your profile as your circumstance or qualifications change.

Your profile including your picture, is a statement about you. You can upload any image you want.

For now, hiring managers will reach out to you if they are interested in your profile. They will have access to the contact information you provide in your profile. Once they do, you will have open communication back with them.
We have provided you with a comprehensive filtering list, covering all entry fields a candidate completes in when entering their biographical information.
Once you have created an account and verified it, you will have immediate access to our candidate database. Log in to your account and from the dashboard screen, you will see every candidate profile in our system. Select the filters important to you and the system will automatically update and show you only those profiles that match your needs.
Each candidates profile, lists their email address and telephone number. We don’t hide anything from you.
